My journey began at the IT helpdesk, and over the years I’ve grown into a trusted advisor for businesses embracing the cloud, SaaS, and AI. Most recently, I served as a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, where I partnered with clients to align cloud strategies with business goals, build strong relationships, and lead impactful training initiatives.

My expertise goes beyond the Microsoft ecosystem. Alongside Azure, Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft Security, I bring hands-on experience with Google Workspace, ITSM systems, and digital content tools, always with a focus on improving customer and user experiences.
