I’m Edson Nascimento, and I have more than 20 years of experience in the IT
field, during which I have honed my skills in providing exemplary support to
end-users. My career has been driven by a profound passion for technology,
customer service, and education
. Throughout my career, I have been an
advocate for digital literacy and have empowered countless individuals and
organizations to leverage technology for improved productivity and an enhanced quality of life.

One of my core strengths is my ability to bridge the gap between technology and users, developed during years of IT service for a variety of communities, including nine years in a global helpdesk in the manufacturing industry. In collaboration with other IT teams, I delivered comprehensive IT support to a diverse range of users globally. I excelled in facilitating technology processes, providing user education and training, troubleshooting issues, and fostering professional development.

My most recent role as a Customer Success Manager working with Microsoft products allowed me to engage with customers in discussions aimed at optimizing their technology environments. I provided technology support within the Microsoft cloud environment, helping customers extract the utmost value from their investments.

Before my recent role, I was in the IT Service Desk Support for a manufacturing company for nine years. My responsibilities included performing
daily activities supporting users and collaborating with global teams to
support the CMS core system with implementation. I also developed and delivered training courses targeting different audiences and created instructional content, including videos. I have promoted and implemented ITSM systems using the ITIL-4 principles. 

I believe that continuing education is a key factor in the digital world,
and we should strive to learn and use the latest technology to improve our
personal and professional lives. I actively seek ways to expand my knowledge
and skills to improve the experience of users and provide optimal service. Some of my Microsoft certifications include Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity.

I have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft platform, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365, and I am also familiar with the Google platform. My proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish will help facilitate effective communication across diverse language communities. I am an IT enthusiastic about the prospect of joining a company with a great team and contributing to the mission of excellence.
